Recently, we took a significant step in that mission by inviting Attentive Management, a group of promising young entrepreneurs, to participate in their first business networking event with the Essex Business Partnerships (EBP).
The members of Attentive Management, aged 16 to 18, courageously left their comfort zones and traded in their everyday tracksuits for suits and ties, fully embodying our ethos of “turning tracksuits into suits.” This milestone represents not only personal growth but also a chance to meet with experienced CEOs and directors.

The day began early, with Attentive Management meeting at the station by 7 a.m. after a dedicated 4 a.m. wake-up to prepare. Despite their young age, these aspiring entrepreneurs displayed professionalism and confidence in presenting their business proposals to a crowded room of established leaders. This remarkable poise under pressure highlighted their potential and left a strong impression on the audience.
Our founder has consistently promoted 21UP Movement at EBP events, strengthening ties and generating a positive response. This ongoing relationship has now allowed us to bring young people into the room, where they can move from observing to actively engaging, practicing essential skills, and building a network for future growth.
